BOOKING & PAYMENT
To secure your appointment, a card is required on file.
This does not mean you will be charged in advance — all payments are processed after your service.
A 3% credit card surcharge applies to all payments made by credit card.
This surcharge does not apply to debit cards, cash, YARCO STUDIO gift cards, or Zelle transfers.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
Late cancellations (within 24 hours) and no-shows are charged 50% of the service cost, as your time is reserved exclusively.
Unpaid fees will result in automatic cancellation of future bookings and temporary restriction from new appointments until the balance is paid.

We send:
• SMS confirmation — 2 days before
• Email reminder — 24 hours before
• SMS reminder — 1 hour before

Arrivals 10+ minutes late may result in a shortened or modified service.
The full price of the originally scheduled service will be charged regardless of adjustments.

SALON GUIDELINES
• No pets, for everyone’s comfort and safety
• Personal materials require a signed waiver
• We may decline service for unhealthy nails
• Inappropriate behavior may result in service termination with full charge.
PHOTO & QUALITY CONTROL
By booking with YARCO STUDIO, you consent to before-and-after photos being taken for internal quality control and safety purposes.
These photos are not published publicly without your permission.
SERVICE WARRANTY
We offer a 7-day warranty on gel manicures and pedicures (for lifting or chipping).
Regular polish services and “Don’t Rush, Save Money” services are not covered.
All services are non-refundable.
We do not fix work done at other salons.
SERVICE CONSENT FORM (REQUIRED)
Before your appointment, you will receive our
Service Consent & Liability Agreement via SMS.
Service begins only after the form is completed.
