We value your time and the time of our nail technicians. Therefore, we kindly request that you provide a card to be assigned to your account. This helps us prevent lost wages in the event of a no-show without prior notice. Please note that assigning your card DOES NOT mean any immediate charges for the service. All payments are only charged after your an appoitment..

SALON RULES:
For the comfort and safety of all our clients, we do not accept clients accompanied by animals. This policy is in place to accommodate clients who may have allergies or phobias to animals. We want to ensure a pleasant environment for everyone. Additionally, if you bring your own materials to perform the service, we kindly request that you sign a document stating that you have no claims against our salon and the company YARСO STUDIO INC. This is to clarify the responsibility for the quality and consequences of the service, including any allergic reactions that may occur.
CANCELLATION/REBOOKING:
Your appointments are important to us, and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that schedule adjustments may be necessary, and we are here to assist you. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we respectfully ask that you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. You can cancel or reschedule through our online booking platform at https://booking.yarcostudio.com or by calling us at (650) 960 7473. Please note that cancellations or rescheduling made via text message or voicemail will not be accepted as valid. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment, the full price of the scheduled services will be charged.
LATE ARRIVALS:
We strive to make the most of your visit to ensure your nails are perfect. If you arrive late, it may not be possible to complete the full service as originally planned. For first-time clients, we recommend familiarizing yourself with the area well in advance of the scheduled time to avoid any delays. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment, and the full price of the services will be charged. If you anticipate running late, please notify us as early as possible by calling our salon at (650) 960 7473.
NO SHOW:
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the booked service amount will be charged. Our cancellation policy allows us to inform other guests of availability and effectively manage our schedule, ensuring the best service for everyone.
